I have nothing but great things to say about Solid Rock Contracting! They did an absolutely outstanding job with my project. I had them pour concrete and build a roof for my outdoor tiki bar. It's perfect, and worth every penny!

Jeremiah and his guys did a great job on my Front Porch makeover. Stayed at it until finished and was particular about the cuts and quality of work. I would recommend them on any project.

My first interaction with Jeremiah was a brief exchange while he was working a Hardscape project for my neighbor. He and his team were unloading some heavy equipment and had temporarily blocked a small part of my driveway as I was returning home. They unloaded quickly and I backed in to my home. Jeremiah greeted me as I was as getting out of the car. He apologized for the small inconvenience and briefed me on the timetable on the project next door and that there may be times where they would be loading/unloading… but that they would try to be as accommodating as possible with limited space in the neighborhood. I then watched J and team start and complete a Stamped Patio project that altered the way I thought about Concrete. Prior to watching this project next door unfold, I was sold on a Paver project. I had seen stamped concrete projects before and I was not impressed. After several discussions with Jeremiah over the course of a week or so, we discuss the pros and cons, scope, flow, and costs of a Stamped Concrete project compared to paver project. I quickly began to see that a great Stamped Concrete was contingent on a few things. Artistry to create a seamless look. A firm understanding of Color theory. …And a keen eye to match the style of the project to a your home. After seeing how the neighbor’s project came out, I had my own ideas, and Jeremiah gave me candid feedback. We talked it through, and set a start date. Throughout the process Jeremiah was communicative. I could tell he was focused on making sure that I would love the end result of transforming my backyard. We made changes throughout the project that may have added small costs here and there, but ultimately made the difference between a patio i would have just been satisfied with, and one that I love going outside just to look at. J and Team did an awesome job! And they went about it in a way that was respectful of my property and concerns. They were careful and surgical in the backyard to minimize the impact of such a large job on my grass, landscaping, and cleanliness around my home. They treated my space like their own. And throughout the project, Jeremiah was the same guy in character that came out to greet me that morning we first met. Great experience! …Skilled team that was able to see the Vision I had, temper it with the project parameters, and bring it to life. I highly recommend Jeremiah for any hardscaping project you may have in mind! I have included before and after shots in my review photos.

Wow what a great job they did. From the initial estimate appointment to the day of the job, they were great about communicating when they would be there. Including notifying me of a mere 5 minute delay in arrival. They were very professional and the job looks great. They even did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely use them again.

A wonderful experience with Jeremiah and Michael. We contracted them to build a screened porch on our existing backyard and create an outdoor stamped concrete patio. Right off the bat, Jeremiah was helpful getting all the documents we needed to submit for HOA approval (this took months and constant back and forth) and also advised me how to go about filing for the county permit. They were flexible when we had to move our start date by about three weeks due to an unavoidable situation, so the start looked promising. Once they started, unfortunately their three member team reduced to two, which resulted in our two week project extending into six. However, Jeremiah and Michael showed up everyday, worked hard and did everything they could to give us a neat, good quality product. They worked with us as we went back and forth on some details, making sure we were happy with the end result. I will especially mention about how I was particular I wanted a certain shade of red stain on my porch roof, and these guys worked to give me atleast 8 sample shades, ultimately resorting to mixing different shade stains to get there. The result was a color exactly that I had in mind. We have added requests at the time of work, including additional power points and switch boards, that were taken care of with no back and forth. We even threw a trash cover request at them that they completed no problem- and have had atleast 3-4 neighbors who stopped over to complement on it since. We did have to change the design of our stamped patio due to some restrictions, however, the end product was just as good. Their additions of the porch, patio and trash cover, now look a part of our home, not added on. It is exactly what we were hoping when we started this project. And I will be reaching back to them in the event I have any further projects. Thank you Jeremiah and Michael for the hard work on our home. We love it!

In the 22 years that my wife and I have owned our home, this is the first time a contractor has done their job correctly. Jeremiah and his team performed the work efficiently and with a team work approach that we haven't seen in many years. Jeremiah and his crew did excellent work in adding to our driveway, cutting into the slope of the backyard to pour a patio area using used railroad ties. The then connected the new patio to the new driveway. The concrete is solid and well constructed. They dealt with heavy rain issues and still produced a quality product.

Jeremiah and his team are very professional! They transformed my backyard with retaining walls and it looks very beautiful now! He got a very good fun team and all members interact well n keep you updated on the progress. Highly recommend for retaining wall work. He is reachable all the time and patiently answered all my queries!

Jeremiah and crew did an awesome job pouring a difficult patio in my side yard. Cold weather, wet ground and using a Georgia buggy didn’t stop them from performing an excellent job. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a professional looking project at an affordable price.

Jeremiah communicated well in the front end regarding the quote and the start date. They did a very good job of extending the driveway by about 80 ft, diverting the runoff, adding gravel parking area, and pouring a 32 x 30 slab for the new shed. Great work.

They did a great job on repairing the cracks in my driveway! They kept the work area clean during the entire process of tearing up the old concrete and re-pouring the new. All 3 guys were respectful as well! Will definitely hire again and will recommend to anyone.
